I have given 5 stars so they do not delete it. This is not a UK Company. They are based in Hong Kong and are a drop shipping company. This is not true original products of theirs you are seeing. You can find a lot of them cheaper on Amazon. You will be charged almost half your order to pay for returns to china if there is a problem with your order or you no longer want it. They take a long time to deliver, way over their specified time on their shipping information. If you try to cancel, they will quickly send a shipping email so they can refuse you as per their policy. Luckily for me I have proof it hasn’t been shipped at all and will give all this to trading standards. Check tracking information if you end up in this situation. Please report to trading standards. A lot of people have lost out on money from this company. I’m not even sure they meet UK standards for kids toys. They are refusing to cancel the items they know weren’t shipped before I sent a cancellation email. Even though I offered to keep the item that was already shipped as a resolution. They are scammers, so please avoid and shop somewhere that is reputable and safe for your children. Trust pilot(real reviews) say they don’t allow negative reviews. But if I could , i would be giving zero stars. Take a look at trust pilot, Facebook forums and comments they haven’t managed to delete under their social media posts. That will tell you all you need to know. Avoid for your own sanity. I will continue to post this review until my situation is resolved.

They are NOT A UK COMPANY. They are a drop shipping company based in Hong Kong. There is no way to know if these products follow safe UK standards for kids. Also you will be charged a lot to return to China if there is an issue. And even then they may not refund you. They do all they can to avoid honouring their policy and consumer rights. You will likely lose money if you buy anything from them as a lot of people report bad quality products and dangerous products. But it costs too much to return so you lose out. They also take foreverrrr to deliver. Not worth it. Go to reputable stores. You’ll find most of this Amazon
